stitching a tablecloth

Does anyone have any tips on a good way to center a design on a tablecloth, especially at the corners?Do you do it the same as any other project; folding the area in half twice and marking the center point?I just wondered if there was a better or easier way.Thank you in advance for any tips/advice.

I do the same as you, mark the center with 2 threads

I usually stitch from the center to the right edge

or if the patterns is in rounds, the first round and so

I stitch the central design from the centre, but the edges I check from the edge too. I always count the holes of my fabric several times, so I am certain that is is a number x number size cloth. (I live an outside edge for finishing, naturally...)
