How to make my seam invisible
When I make hats and such, I always have a 'join line' that you can see. How can I make this not happen? It looks like a diagonal line going down the length of my work. Thank you for your input. :) :)This happens in crocheting or knitting in the round because in reality you work in spirals, the first stitch of the next round is crushing the stitch below to go up to the next leveland it tends to show. I know some techniques in knitting to minimise this but unfortunately, I am not an experienced crocheter… Nevertheless I think you may find some videos searching for jogless crocheting in the round or no jog crocheting. I hope this helps ! If you are knitting in the round using double pointed needles, put a stitchmarker where your round ends and and always knit the first stitch of the next needle into the previous needle before starting the next needle. This way you don't get ladders between stitches in the same place. It keeps shifting and isn't as prominent. After doing the slip stitch try to pull the yarn as hard as possible to make the slip stitch very small, that will not make it completely invisible but the line will be less visible Are you crocheting? The diagonal line is because you are working in a spiral. There are fixes just you tube to find the fix for this problem looking for tip too. everytime i try it via youtube it goes diagonally instead of straight :( Looking forward to seeing the answer too Thank you very much for sharing! I am interesting in tipps too
Thanks for sharing thank you very much Use the mattress stitch on everything when sewing. It's an easy stitch and it's invisible. Check it out on Goggle. good luck!
