I don't like gridding the fabric because I just want to jump right in and stitch. I only grid the middles. So the I find the middle running north to south and the middle running east to west then start they intersect I start stitching.

It depends on the size. If it small on a coner. But for a big one in the center

No, I'm a right handed.. :) I don't know why but that right corner seems right to start a stitching :D

Wow, how unusual LOL. I am left handed, and I cannot imagine starting anywhere but the righthand, bottom corner. I think you're the first right handed person I've ever "met" whom has the same preference as me :)

Sometimes in the middle at the top of the design. But mostly i like to start on the top left hand corner.
