Spring Festival is the most important traditional festival for Chinese, and tomorrow is spring Festival Eve. Traditionally, there will be a reunion at home and all the family members will enjoy the delicious food together. I spent 2 hours doing the 3 items for the coming dinner. Inside the bowl is the meat of the hairy crab, it can be used to fry all kinds of dishes, such as vegetables, bean curd etc. After splitting the crab meat, I fried the crab shell with 100ml rice bran oil. The oil is ready after 15-minute-frying. Then I added some stocks into the pan, waiting after 30 minutes, the crab stock is ready. Hairy crab meat usually is served in the high-class Chinese restaurant. Undoutedly, it is quite delicious.
