I knew Mum liked this design, so when I saw it on a half price special I snatched it up.
I did my usual fabric swap. I used a lovely light evenweave in 30ct cream instead of the 14ct aida that came with the kit.
With this project not only did I frame the work myself, but I also made the frame. So next some pics of my chaotic process.
I even managed to get the back to be very neat, a first for me. Usually I have it covered with duct tape. I discovered spray adhesive, it's my new favourite thing.

Completed, with the glass in place. I'm so proud of it, to see it in person it is beautiful.
And the best part is that Mum loves it!
