Thread Heaven or ????
I have used Thread Heaven with metallics and am VERY happy with how it works. But I was wondering what others use instead. What do you use to help make floss more manageable?
Thanks:) I don't like to put anything of my threads, I worry about the long term effects.I just use short lengths of metallics and haven't had a problem I have a big block of wax (unscented) that I use instead of Thread Heaven. Works like a charm! Спасибо за информацию! Thanks for sharing Thanks for the info! Thanks for asking! Большое спасибо! Thank you so much thread heaven You know I have never used Thread Heaven, but after reading so much about it, I have decided to buy some. I'll be curious to see if there are other uses, too. Don't have much of a problem with metallics, usually just trim the ends until they go through the needle smoothly.I do, however, have trouble with tangles and snagging of silk threads. For that I keep a very small piece of damp sponge on my side table.Running the threads across that seems to tame them down and make them lay nicely. The old standby is Beeswax. That is what stitchers have been using for ages. I wouldn't buy Thread heaven but I do have beeswax on hand. Reply 5# waspjh1984
